Made from Vegan leather, aka washable paper:
This material looks and feels like paper but is very strong and durable. It’s made of cellulose (60%) and latex and will become softer and more pliable (and more beautiful!) over time.
It will start to look and feel more and more like leather, hence the name.
It’s not waterproof, but can be made water resistant by treating it with some wax every now and then.
To clean, you can simply wash with warm soapy water and rinse. If needed, it can be machine washed at up to 60 degrees. Always air dry completely before use, and best used for dry snacks.
As the latex used in this material is synthetic, it is not biodegradable. At the end of its life, the product can be sent back to the producer to be recycled.
Your vegan leather item should last at least several years.
